Sam is a passionate advocate dedicated to delivering high-quality, client-centered legal representation. Sam focuses his practice on immigration law, where he assists individuals and families navigating USCIS applications, removal defense, waivers, and humanitarian-based relief. He also provides legal support in entertainment and creative industries, including contracts, trademarks, and intellectual property protection.
Sam earned his law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law after graduating from Duke University with a Bachelor’s degree in English, a minor in Theater Studies, and a certificate in Innovation & Entrepreneurship.
Before entering private practice, Sam worked with the Maricopa County Office of the Public Defender, where he assisted in representing indigent clients in felony cases. That work solidified his belief that the law should be used to protect, uplift, and empower—not intimidate.
Born and raised in Overland Park, Kansas, Sam’s life has been shaped by resilience, service, and empathy. Sam is licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota, and practices federally in immigration and intellectual property matters, serving clients nationwide.
When he’s not working on cases, Sam brings his creativity into his work with the arts and entertainment community, helping performers, small businesses, and creators protect their work, build their brands, and pursue their dreams.
